Had a wonderful experience at Walser! Just purchased a used Buick Enclave from Walser Buick GMC. Both Matthew Kowalski and Jordan Myers were extremly helpful and polite. No oil change!
went in for an oil change- arrived 15 minutes before they ""closed"" (at 6?!?!). was told they ""did not have time"" to do an oil change (really, how long does it take to do an oil change?!) i was told to come back in the am- i asked if i needed an appointment and was laughed at and told there was ""no need to schedule an appointment that early in the am"". I arrived at 730am the following morning (1 hr after they ""... view moreopened"" at 630) and even before i got out of my car was told ""they did not have time"" to do an oil change- they were ""booked"" till 11:30! really, all i asked for was an oil change- i have bought LOTS of vehicles from walser- maybe this will be my last one!?! as a side note- i called the dealer where i purchased my last vehicle and they were able to schedule me in the same day...hmm, customer appreciation??

Jerry Schommer in Service Dept.
We`ve had Pontiacs for a number of years and had purchased our last one at Walser. The experience there was excellent. We`ve not had any problems with our vehicles but I recently had to bring one of our cars in for a recall. Due to our purchase experience I went back there. That experience was smooth and efficient, and the service was great! When I began to have another problem within a short period of time I br... view moreought the car back, hoping it was the recall part because I had just sold the car. I was very discouraged when Jerry came out and explained what they had done and that it wasn`t the recall part. I let Jerry know of my recent sale of the car and that I needed to turn the car over the next day. I wasn`t in a position to pay for a costly repair. When Jerry came out the second time to explain what the problem was my heart sank at the price. But Jerry then said that he had been on the phone with GM and had requested that they cover the part, which they did. I was shocked and couldn`t believe what I was hearing. Not only was the interaction with Jerry positive, he saw my predicament financially and initiated this action I would have never expected. Since the repair was going to take some time they graciously offered their shuttle service, From the front door greeting, to the service staff, to the shuttle staff I couldn`t have asked for better! When I picked up the car it ran perfectly, I could still pay my other bills, and confidently turn over a car I loved to it`s new owner. Thank you so much Walser (and GM)! I will definitely go back for both service and sales!

The Service Advisor, Jerry Schommer, is really easy to deal with. He is always courteous and friendly. He is professional and knowledgeable and explains any issues and service(s) needed in detail so you understand what the problem is and what you are paying for. When I have to go into the dealership, I always prefer to talk with Jerry.

Service was great! The staff was friendly, approachable and easy-going, yet very knowledgeable and professional. I feel very comfortable bringing my car here for service. What I like best is the fact that they will always give you an accurate price quote for the service that you inquire about. Great Used Car Experience
I recently visited this Walser location (Roseville just off of 35W) and was very pleased. I have visited many dealers in the area and found this location to be above and beyond what was expected.

The first thing I noticed about Walser was the pricing on the corner of every windshield. Most of the dealerships require you to get out of the car and ask for pricing information. What is the point of getting out and... view more talking to someone if you know you can`t afford it? When I got out to look at a vehicle, Andrei immediately took time to answer my questions. He suggested several options, prices, and alternative vehicles in my price range.

After test driving a few cars I began to narrow down my choices. I wasn`t pressured into making a purchase and Andrei kept in touch about new arrivals and kept me informed about the vehicles I previously test drove.

When the time came to make my purchase the staff at Walser Roseville offered friendly advice and even did some work to get me a lower APR than my bank had gotten me.

Today I still keep in touch with Andrei Brinzila and say hello when I stop by. Hopefully I will continue to have no problems with my purchase and if I do, the service staff is as great as the sales staff.
