Nice Place

Very nice shop. The waiting room is really cool and different than any other shop, it`s like a library and they give you free coffee too. Work was quick and decently priced. Also friendly service writers.

Reliable and Professional

They are a smaller shop, so they obviously don`t have as many parts readily available as a dealer, but they are still pretty fast. Their customer service is superior to all of the other auto repair places I`ve been to. I take both my vehicles there, and when an older car needed a pricy repair they took into consideration the fact that we might not want to spend a lot of money on a high-miles vehicle. Once during the ... view morewinter, they saw me leaving the shop on foot with my young son. When the work was done, they called me and asked if I would like them to drop the car off at my home since it was cold out and i didn`t appear to have another ride. This is the only place i go now.

Honest and personable auto service

I have had many auto repairs at Bona Bros over the years. They are always respectful, helpful and honest, and won`t urge repairs if they are too much compared to your car`s value.

Some issues... everything was eventually taken care of.

Had some part/customer service issues... everything was taken care of in the end. Owner was very helpful and made sure that I walked away happy.
