Reviews:

worst dealer ever
This dealer is just out right horrible. I bought a 1999 Chevy blazer from these guys and have had nothing but problems with them. Supposedly the car came with a 30 day warranty on the engine and tranny. Within the first week of buying the car I noticed it was getting very poor fuel millage so I brought it back to them and asked them to figure it out and fix it. I had no idea at the time what was wrong but knew it was... view more not because of my driving habits as I was driving it like it was brand new. They did nothing to look at the car I continued for a month to keep telling them and they continued to do nothing for me. It has been 2 months now and just last week I found out what was wrong that caused the poor fuel millage. they sold me a car with a blown head gasket right now I`m during on a car that is nothing but a didn`t paper weight. This car is completely useless no antifreeze no oil no tranny fluid in this car at all. I tried to talk to them after this happen and told them that was the problem from day one of buying the car they denied it and said it was my fault and problem. this is not the case I have talked to several mechanics about this issue and they all have told me that the issues I`ve had all relate to my initial complaint. This now had gone far enough to where I have to take these guys to court to get my car fixed. Stay away from this dealer they sell nothing but junk and try to screw everyone. Ryan Dumark is a crook and I found out from a Co worker they got ran out of crystal MN because they are crooks.

nice cars
I got a 2001 durango for 2995. It had 160k on it but it was inexpensive even with the taxes and fees that we all have to pay. it was clean and even though it had a small bit of rust its a car in mn so what do you expect? the salesman was up front about that. bottomline was a good truck

Cheap price, quality car and friendly service
(I copied this review from the Ramsey entry. Not sure but I think these are the same place,) Don`t confuse the headline. I`m not referring to the quality I`m referring to the price. I got a good deal on a good car. Saw an ad on craigslist and called on the car. When the salesman answered he said that the car had been sold and I was pretty dissapointed. But they asked me what I was looking for an how much I had to spe... view morend, and told me come on in they would help me out. I got to the lot and they showed me a few cars (I had a cap of $2000 to spend). they had a whole bunch of cars from ones you would buy as a winter beater all the way up to luxury (a mercedes). I ended up buying a Pontiac Grand Am that they had priced at $2299, but they negotiated the price down to $2000 for me and that included tax and license. I walked out of the door with a good car for $2000 out the door.

I`ve had multiple good experiences...
I`m in the process of looking for a new (used) car right now. I bought my last car 3 years ago from Dumark`s Auto so I figured I`d look them up on the internet in my search for a new car and when I saw this rating I was shocked. I`ve had nothing but a good experience with them. The fact is I`ve purchased two vehicles from them in the past, both within my budget (under $3000), and both lasted me at least 3 years. In f... view moreact, the car I have now still runs fine, but I`m looking for something a little more practical (it`s a Camaro). The first car I bought from them ran well, and I only had to do the expected maintenance. It was a 1990 Honda Prelude that I bought in 2002 and I had it until the end of 2005. It`s hard to believe the experience other customer`s have posted on here. I plan on checking out what they have for sale for my next car. The staff there was very helpful and when I left I felt comfortable with the vehicles that I had purchased. I felt like, should something happen to the car, I could call them and they would work something out with me. I, however, never had to make that call as I got two good vehicles. Good quality at Dumarks in my opinion.

HOrrible used car sales
Amy Cartier and myself Jeremy Anderson went to purchase a used car from Dumark Auto Sales off of highway 10 in Anoka, MN when we arrived the car sales guy Ryan Dumark seemd to be a nice gentleman. We than looked at the 1995 Pontiac Bonneville and took the car for a test drive. While on the drive we noticed it did need a little work but we were ok of that as we needed a car immediately. After going into Mr. Dumarks of... view morefice i Jeremy Anderson tried to offer him $900.00 instead of the $1,100.00 he was asking for as it neeeded work. Mr. Dumark than stated he had to get the $1,100.00 dollars for it as he paid that. I than asked what he was willing to do to give us a deal, Mr. Dumark stated he would pay for title transfer and new tabs as the tabs abot to expire end of July to help us out. We agreed that his offer was good enough. When July hit we were going to go get tabs as we noticed Mr. Dumark had not sent them to us but when calling him to ask he stated "" I have your tabs you can get them when you pay me the $40.00 it cost"" i began to ex[plain how we agreed on him doing that and title transfer as part of him not lowering price he began to get very upset and stated he will not giv us the tabs until we pay for them. I advised him i would be calling the police to have them get our tabs. I called the cops and had an officer give him a call to send us our tabs. Mr. Dumark stated to the cops "" I will send them in the mail today"" he than decided to leave town and 6 days later he mailed us our tabs after the tabs were already expired and the car was illegal and not drivable. Than we were attempting to sell our car and still had no title. We went to the DMV in Inver Grove Heights, MN to transfer the title of another we purchased and decided to try check the status of the title for the 1995 Pontiac Bonneville and they stated Mr. Dumark did not transfer title until June 16th which was 31 days after we purchased the car on May 7th. I Jeremy Anderson than called the Minnesota Publc Safety department and spoke to the drivers liscense and motor vehicle department where i was advised he legally only has 10 days to transfer the title by law. I tried to call Mr. Dumark to see if he was willing to give us money back or what he is going to do to make this situation correct. Mr. Dumark stated "" do not be mad at me because you bought the car and it is no good now i will do nothing for you"" he than began to get very mad when i stated i was going to call all the correct people to make sure he is not allowed to rip people off again. Mr. Dumark than stated to me "" you know what come to the shop i will hsow yo what i will do"" in a very threatening manner. I than stated i am hanging up and calling the authorities on this matter.
