A1 overall experience. Vehicle repaired in time promised at a more than fair price. They accommodated my change in schedule and worked well with the insurance company. If I ever have a need for auto body work I will be sure to use CRC.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Erick and CRC for over ten years and all I can say is that he and his shop are top notch! He does incredible work, is honest, ethical, down to earth and always has your best interest in mind. In an age where customer service and honesty have gone by the wayside, he is a breathe of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with. i had and accident on jan 2, messed up my grand am really bad, got t-boned, the door was mashed so bad we didnt know if we could get another door to line up. Erik took the time to find a way to fix my car correctly and at an afforadable price (I was paying out of pocket.) Im so amazed,, you cant even tell by looking at the car that it was in such bad shape just a month ago Thank you so much to Erik and his staff!!!

I generally try to avoid the chain shops because they tend to cut corners and the employees and managers don`t have a stake in their own business. I also like to stay in town if I can. I found several local shops and asked around and everybody had good things to say about Coon Rapids Collision. My car was rear ended about six weeks ago and it was paid for by the other drivers insurance (State Farm, which gave ... view moreme no hassle at all). This shop works directly with State Farm which made for a very smooth process. They had my car for about 5 days and there was extensive rear end damage and it looks as good as new. I looked underneath at what I could see and everything that was damaged was replaced. This week, I hit some black ice on Hwy 169 and this time my front end was damaged (not nearly as bad as the previous collision). I called these guys up, the pre-ordered the part giving me full options as to new, reconditioned or after-market. They gave me a direct quote for the damage described. They did find one other missing piece [which I found on the road and threw away] and informed me of that and re-quoted just as expected. There were no surprises. Again, excellent quality work and in this case it was done in one day [even with the time it took to get the missing part]. I recommend them to everybody that I know and I will not hesitate to use them again for any of my families cars should the need arise.

I have to agree with the other review this is an outstanding shop. They went above and beyond in my truck repair.loaner car and they told me how long it would take for it to get done. Everything went smoothly. I will go there again if I ever need to.No need to take anywhere else. Very friendly and professional and accomodating.

Normally, I don`t do these things, ratings. They take too much of my time and effort. But in this case I am making an exception. They deserve to be credited for the kind of business they have. It`s a small, privately owned shop, but their service and their prices are incredible, more than fair. Accurate quotes that are priced more than competitively, based on my research. The owner`s name is Erik (I don`t remem... view moreber his last name) and he goes way beyond the expected in the way he deals with and treats his customers, and the attention he gives to you and your car. He might be a bit of a perfectionist which, in his business, I suppose is a very good thing.

You almost immediately feel like Erik is your friend with your best interest in mind, not the insurance company`s, not even his, and not how much money he can get out of you. When he promises something, he always does what he says he is going to do, and does it when he says he will do it. That`s big! Great experience, high quality work. As far as I am concerned, there is no need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Coon Rapids Collision. Compare their prices, if you must but I doubt, very much, you can do better. Very happy I stumbled across them.
