Had them come out and do a tow for me through AAA, they showed up way before the time the AAA agent had told me, the driver Todd, was very nice and helpful, very courteous and friendly, I would definitely recommend this company and wouldnt mind them coming out to assist me again.

I`ve gotten work done here in the past and let me say that this is the best service they`ve ever offered me. They use to have a service manager that would scam everyone I knew but once he was replaced I was willing to give them another shot. New service manager, Tom, was so helpful. He kept in contact with me and let me know what was going on with my grand prix. I got referred in by a tow truck driver I was a little afraid cause I`ve never been there before only to fill up gas than I spoke with Eddie and he checked my car out almost immediately and I gave him the okay to work on it I was overall satisfied with the price and work done to my 99 F150 I highly recommend this company to all those who have never given it a try

This is a dishonest operation! Please don`t give these people your business. They will say whatever it takes to get money from you. Example: I don`t know anything about AAA insurance, but when I asked how much it would cost me to tow my vehicle; Eddie said if I know someone with AAA the tow is free. Motorcity took complete advantage of me. Every word that came out of Eddie`s mouth turned out to be a lie. They knew that my car had a blown head gasket after losing all of my coolant on the freeway. I did not know that this could happen. So they fixed the broken lines and hoses and told me it was fixed. I showed up, paid my $400 bill and tried to drive away. When I got back to the store, he told me that the head gasket was blown and that would cost another $1000. I had the vehicle towed away from that place.

They offer 10% discount to seniors and AAA members but when you pay your bill they tell you the discount is already computed but it does not appear on the bill. They quoted me a price for replacing all brake lines but in fact only replaced the two rear brake lines. I doubt I would deal with MotorCity Auto Care again.

I am so impressed with the guys at MotorCity Auto Care in Southgate. During my first phone call explaining the situation with my Van I knew I was going to be well taken care of. And the fact they are open 24 hours just solidifies that they are there for the customer and their needs. Steer clear of this business. I took my car there to have an engine issue appraised. The cost of repairs was substantial enough to decline having the the vehicle fixed due to it`s age. Once informed that they would not be getting the work they jacked up the bill by charging a storage fee for the time the vehicle was there. About five days due to a three day holiday weekend. Previously I was told there would be a $30 ... view morecharge to assess the repair but with the added storage of $135 the total bill was over $165 for nothing. This is not honest business and I can only guess what else they would cheat customers out of.

Outstanding! After the big name specialty repair shop in the Northern Subs couldn`t fix my 04` BMW 330Ci after two tries and I was having it towed out to Ann Arbor to another big name shop, I listened to the tow truck driver and let Motor City have a try at it.
