My purchase experience with The Good Car Company was very positive. My car purchasing experience began with me searching online for a specific vehicle that I was interested in. I found an online posting for the vehicle I wanted at The Good Car Company. I must admit, I was reluctant to visit The Good Car Company because it was not one of the well-known dealership companies (Ford, BMW, GM, Acura, etc.), and it was not ... view moreclose to my home resident. However, I decided to go check out the establishment and vehicle anyway. To my surprise, my experience at The Good Car Company was better than my previous experiences with purchasing and leasing cars from the well-known dealerships. Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest in respect to the vehicle I was interested in. Additionally, he was really interested in working with me financially to ensure that we were both satisfied with purchase price of the car. That was a huge impact on my decision to purchase the vehicle from there. Seeing the original sticker price of the vehicle was not over the Blue Book Value, and that The Good Car Company was still willing to do some slight negotiating, spoke volumes to me. I am very happy with my vehicle. I purchased the vehicle in good condition in and out (and it is still in good running condition). I am very happy with my purchase price as well. I can honestly say, without reservation I will return years from now when it?ˆ™s time for me to purchase another vehicle. Additionally, I highly recommend The Good Car Company to others. My purchase experience was hassle-free, quick, and easy; thus, I?ˆ™m certain that yours would be the same!

There is not a lot of markup in a $4995 car that we have serviced and put warranty on. You came in and said ""I want to drive that car but there is no way I will give you what your asking"", ""I will give you $4,000 at best if i like it"". Not so good....at all....
Just had the worst experience with Mike at ""Good Car Co"" in Fenton. Mike, a recommendation for future dealings: Do not deny somebody a test drive just because they say all they want to spend is 80% of the price tag of the car you`re selling. I mean REALLY? Good prices and good service -...
Good prices and good service - I`ve bought several cars from the Good Car Co. since I first came across them in 1992. Every one was priced below Kelly Blue Book and exceeded my expectations regarding quality, reliability and after-sale service. This is the first used car I have purchased (always new cars), and have been totally pleased with the way everyone at Good Car Co. worked with me. I have never been so comforable with a purchase before. The Car is just great and I would recommend this group to be fhe first stop you make to look at automobiles. Be Cautious
My experience at The Good Car Co prove that they are only ""good"", ""honest"", and ""trustworthy"" on their terms. My car required over $2000 worth of repairs in the first 2 months of owning. About 1/3 were due to old age, and I expected that. However, one problem in particular arose as a fault of the mechanics the Good Car Co uses. I took the car to one of the service places on the warranty. They told me the proble... view morem was too invasive for them and to take it to the dealership. The dealership that the previous work on the car was not done in a quality manner. When I contacted the Good Car Co, they said that they would only help if I drove over an hour and had their mechanics, the ones who messed up in the first place, fix it.
