Just took my Jeep in today to get the 4x4 differentials and transfer case fluids changed and a new set of wipers put on because they were on special and cheaper than buying just one at a parts store. They never tried to sell me anything else however, he did notice i needed an oil change in 500 miles and said nothing else about it until i asked the price. Usually i go to the dealer and they tell me i need all these th... view moreings done, even though i know for a fact they dont be because they just did them a month ago. The 4x4 service was priced a little less than other places i called and of course used Jeep parts, not the cheapest thing possible to make more money off parts. Employees were friendly and waiting area was very nice. They earned themselves a new loyal customer!

After months of looking for a used car and having/bothering the staff at Orchard Chrysler help me find the one I want will all the options/colors i wanted i found one elsewhere unfortunately. I needed a few small parts and brake light so i called them and ordered the part. It was cheaper than the dealer i bought the car from, and the dealer down the road from my work. So when i got there they told me they would ins... view moretall it for free! At this time i asked them to look at my spare tire because it kept going low and also wanted to get a few screws because they were rusty. While I was in the waiting room(Very nice and comfortable/clean) i asked the parts guy about installing a hitch i just picked up that day and he took me out and showed me how it bolts on and gave me a couple push pins i was missing. At this time i also talked to a coupe sales and other employees and they were all very nice They brought my car around with a fixed tail light and spare tire. They had to unmount and remount the rim and balance it. They charged me for the parts cost and sent me on my way. Of course I do not expect that every time I go there from now on but the fact that they helped me out this time made me a loyal customer.

2005 Chrysler Town & Country
