I take all my cars there to get aligned by Jim. He does a great job and does it quickly. If there is a problem he will bring me out in the shop to show me what`s wrong.

Seriously, if these people would have wrecked my entire day anymore and treated me any less like a human being, I would have liked to see them try. I got a flat tire while looking at their store thinking "oh awesome, what a coincidence." 2 hours after finding out that they weren`t going to accept an over the phone credit card through a creditable business you can find on the yellow pages, I was trapped whil... view moree they threatened to lock my work van up in their garage. The people that made way less than the Manager there were very nice about making sure I still got my car key to drive my car to work instead of my work van. With the GM there talking about how someone left something on the counter asking the assistant if he could see it there and the assistant saying "no," he then proceeded to say that lady could sue Belle tire right in front of me. 3 customers back to back to back right in front of me were all let down with the amazing service this place claimed to have. If this website had a "Should get new management" button I would click it until someone in corporate saw it. This place was an absolute nightmare and I would ride on a sparking rim before I ever got my flat fixed here.

...watch it when they suggest repairs "need" to be performed. Every time I have ever been into this location (or any Belle location for that matter) I have been told that something or another "needs" to be replaced on the front end of my car. I never let them perform the work, but instead take my vehicle to one of my regular mechanics who NEVER seem to be able to find any of the problems the Bell... view moree techs indicate need fixing. Last time I was in this shop I had taken it in for an alignment after getting some work done. After glancing at my car for 5 minutes, the service tech came over to me shaking his head and told me that I needed new lower ball joints and a new outer tie-rod end for around $800. Problem is that the whole reason I had brought my vehicle to Belle for an alignment in the first place is that I had *just* picked my vehicle up from my mechanic`s after having said balljoints and tie-rod ends replaced. THE PARTS HADN`T EVEN BEEN ON THE CAR FOR 3 HOURS! When I told the Belle tech this he was at a loss for words and played it off like he must have been thinking of a different car in the shop. I`ve had to use my warranty in the past, and they just looked me up on the computer to verify coverage. Last time, the clerk claimed he couldn`t find my name / phone#, and my brother (who was driving my vehicle) ended up paying full price for a new tire. When I went in to get it straightened out, they said they couldn`t help me because the tire had already been disposed of. Amazing how when I went in to get it str... view moreaightened out, they were able to find me in the computer! After a lengthy battle, they claimed I needed to have a copy of the warranty in my posession when the incident occured. That`s a new one! Never had to have the policy in-hand before! Anyway, they got me for over $250.00. I own a fleet of vehicles (for business) and always used Belle Tire. I hope it was worth it to them to cheat me out of a lousy $250.00 - because they`ve lost thousands of dollars in business from me since.
