DO NOT get your car from crestview cadillac!!!!! they are a scam!! my grandfather works for GM and i had the employee discount number, I was very close to getting my car from crestview and i gave the sales guy my employee discount number..but then i found out that novi cadillac had a wayyyyyy better deal, crestview would not release my gm employee discount number back to me!!! they were bitter because i found a deal... view more at another place!! I have used this dealer to perform service on my cadillac on a few occasions. They have failed to dealer the customer service I was assured upon scheduling the appt. They are good at the repair of vehicles but could use some definite improvement in recognizing customer service and delivery of what they promised is important
