My 1993 Honda (still runs like a champ) was repaired by Capital Honda December 2009. The price and work I have no problem with (yet), BUT my car was returned to me with a broken glove box! The glove box I assure you was not broken on arrival! I`ve NEVER in my life had something on a vehicle returned to me broken! Also, small but matters to me, the hood on my car was returned with grease hand marks all over. I love Honda`s, lets get that out of the way. I have driven a Honda ever since I could drive. I have owned a lot of cars, but always have a Honda somehow, whether its a beater accord to drive around for work and such, or a del Sol to ride around in style. That being said - I WOULD NEVER GO TO CAPITAL HONDA for any parts or service. Being a car dude I often need to buy parts for maintaining my vehicles or fix up... view mores for friends. I used to buy parts from Capital Honda on occasion, such as oil filters for new year vehicles, or wiper assemblies, or antenna masts - various odds and ends difficult to acquire in the aftermarket. When I was working on a friends Element, must have been early `07 I believe, he balked when I showed him the bill I had gotten for a wiper assembly (arm and motor). He had called Brighton Honda to price the assembly and the price was almost half of what I had paid! Being awesome, I decided to call Brighton Honda in the future to get prices, its only like 20-30 minutes maybe out of town here. After they undercut Capital Honda a few times, I checked prices on a few other parts I had ordered in the past, and low and behold Brighton Honda had a lower price. Now all that being said, I value other aspects of an auto dealership as well. If the employees at Capital Honda had been overwhelmingly polite or what then I would pay a premium for that perhaps. Unfortunately for them that WAS NOT the case. Their attitude at Capital Honda seemed to always be one of indifference. Not rude or anything, but nothing exceptional. Brighton Honda however has always been over the top, with their employees regularly engaging me about my projects and genuine -polite- small talk. The skinny: Capital Honda will overcharge you at the very least. Their employees are not very enthusiastic either.

These guys are great. I take my vehicle in for service, and it is never a problem. The prices are very reasonable. I even get a free car wash everytime I go in. I won`t go anywhere for service.

If you can let your guard down long enough to let these people in, they truly and genuinely are interested in helping you. I learned that their salespeople are paid a flat fee, regardless of what they sell you. I think it`s things like this that make this dealer different. I wouldn`t send my friends and family anywhere else!
