I brought my vehicle there to have some body damage and rust repaired.was quoted one figure when I initially brought the vehicle in. After receiving no calls regarding progress after a week I call and get the runaround. I ask about the rust repair and the guy now quotes me almost double the original price. I got into an argument after the rude employee basically said I was lying. These people confiscated my car after an accident and said it was protocol, my house was only 40 feet away and I wanted my car towed there but they took it to their impound/collision shop. The warren police that were on the cite were no help and tried also to play as if I could not take my own car back or even have a choice where to take my car. on the following day BBB towing/ collision shop tried to charge me a to... view moretal of 275.00 to tow my car back home????? First of all, Body By Bruce, has the most polite, helpful employees, and Bruce will go out of his way to help, and get the job done right! My truck which is only insured as my fault, I called Bruce he immediately, sent a tow truck out, to pick it up and had it fixed at a reasonable rate! This company treats you like a person, and not a number!!!
