This is the worst oil change p...

This is the worst oil change place ever. I took my car there on two occasions and had the same experience both times, and both times they were staffed by an entirely different set of people. Two sets of people screwed-up in the same way I am about to describe. They drained my car of oil, put new oil in, and checked the dipstick. They said too much oil was in it, and proceeded to drain some. They repeated this a... view more few times until they said the dip stick finally showed the correct level. This happened 2 oil changes in a row. Eventually a check-engine light came on. I took it to the dealership and they said I was driving on 1 quart of oil! Thank goodness I asked for the synthetic! I assumed the people at VIOC were the experts and should know what they`re doing. Their career is changing oil, after all. Well, thank goodness my car is still running but I will never go back to this place. I change my own oil now and I know that all I have to do is look at the CORRECT SIDE of the dip stick to see the oil level. If you look at the wrong side it looks like there is too much. These people are idiots! I called to complain after my experience at the dealership, and the VIOC corporate office said I needed to deal directly with this franchise. I left them a message and the guy who presumably owns or runs the place called me and was very rude and acted like I was lying about the whole thing. I don`t know if he thought i was trying to get money out of them or what. Trust me that you should NOT get your oil changed at this place! There are much better and more trustworthy places less than a mile away from this one.
