If you are going to Hot Wheel City`s "Sound City" save your gas and your money, they only offer a select few of new model Subwoofers, Amps, And knock off radios. Most of their stock is all old models that they want over retail for. Im not affiliated with any sound company or business, but in my opinion you would have better luck at best buy or the always overpriced mickey shorr`s, lol. Do not go here they tell you whatever you want to to hear just to get money. They hire in experienced people. They have nice rims but it`s not worth losing your money. When you ask questions. They can`t answer them.

Very good service, Fred/Frank ...

Very good service, Fred/Frank (Cant remember name) was salesman. Went to the shop three times before making purchase help me choose rims for car very patient young man. Had a problem after rims installed with rubbing honored he mad mistake and stated he will take care of it. Man of word so if in market for some rims go Hotwheel City on 7mile best customer service ever.

If your thinking about buying wheels, think again before your go to Hot Wheel City of Detroit, The location on Dequindre Road is a joke. The staff and sales people are paid off commission and have no idea what there talking about when it comes to tires or wheels, all they are about is selling you a package and sending you on your way. Needless to say if there is any problem after the purchase, your up the creek with ... view moreout a paddle, they don`t have the time to help you with your problems that they created in the first place. Like Tire Balance`s and returns/exchanges.They will try to sell you a wheel with a tire that isn`t worth anything other then scrap rubber from China. They will tire to sell you a Delante tire from China, that is barely DOT approved and has the worst safety ratings you can nearly get from a tire.The sales staff is your typical salesman that will tell you everything you want to hear, but its all lies. Hot Wheel City doesn`t know no clue about customer service or taking care of the customer. They are a bunch of amateurs and crooks. PLEASE don`t allow yourself to be scammed by all the bling, because they will Screw you and lie straight to your face just to sell you a wheel. This Place should not be in business, they treat there existing customers like crap after you already make a purchase from them. Trust me, i wouldn`t have taken my time to write a review about this joke for a business, however buyer beware.
