My husband and I both purchased new vehicles within a short time span. I purchased near our town, and my husband purchased from Mike at Heritage Auto Mall. I had a mishap with my manual and asked my salesman if he could get a new one. The answer? For $40 - $50!! When I went to Heritage with my husband, he mentioned my manual mishap to Mike.
