By far the worst car purchase/lease experience I have ever had. If you are in the market for a toyota, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. In my experience, Valenti Toyota in Westerly is far superior. If you value your hard-earned money and customer service, PREMIER TOYOTA OF NEWPORT is the WORST. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! UNETHICAL. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNCONSCIONABLE salesmanship and service.

Friendly and quick service. If...

Be careful. Friendly and quick service. If, unfortunately, any service related problems arise, the owner is not very nice to deal with. Don`t count on them resolving any issues. Also, they have a very strange theory on car sales and refuse to negotiate to down near invoice (specifically the Camry in my case). Terrible Experience

These guys are absolutely awful. Pretended to be all nice up-front, but once I needed something they got nasty really fast. When I talked to the manager, he accused me of lying even as he contradicted himself! DO NOT GO! Don`t let this kind of practice continue!
