Great, honest service

Having done research on the internet for a reputable Mercedes Benz service center, I chose Vanderveer Motors in Norwood because of the satisfied customer comments. Those customers were RIGHT! The folks at Vanderveer Motors performed a tire change and service B on my C class. Kept me informed the whole time. Customer service was THE BEST I`ve ever received from a service center. Honest Excellent Shop

Reading through a prior review. I had to respond to set the record straight about this excellent shop. Honesty and personalized service have always been a top priority. I am a long time customer and Peter has worked on many of my vehicles, always taking the time to explain to me any solutions which he finds necessary. I have recommended Vanderveer Motors to a number of people and they are highly satisfied.

Great Experience, Highly Recommend!

Long time satisfied customer

For past 15 years Peter has repaired my BMW`s. He is willing to work on older models as well as newer ones . I don`t hesitate to recommend Vanderveer Motors to others.
The owner, Peter, and his mechanic Alan have always been gentlemen and willing to discuss problems in detail. I`ve been impressed when they actually often show and explain the problem to me while my car is on the lift . They always return the w... view moreorn out parts to me if I wish to see them.
I much prefer Vanderveer`s casual and friendly atmosphere to that of any dealership when my cars were new.

A great Mercedes-Benz repair shop in Boton area

Owner Peter is a true good tempered gentlemen. His shops has been recommend by many Mercedes W123 owners` forums , as being very honest and knowledgeable, My personal experience confirmed he is the reason I like to own a 1979 240D for a long time without worrying about being ripped off.
