I Honestly had the BEST experience at Quirk Work Subaru in Braintree!!! I was very nervous about buying my first New car, but everyone there was so helpful and friendly right from when I walked in the door- I was at first welcomed by the sales desk staff that were very friendly and polite and greeted me kindly. I felt absolutely no pressure from the salesman Tom Deianna and the General Manager Sean Ternullo, both o... view moref whom were amazing to work with. Both Sean and Tom were incredibly knowledgeable and were very helpful in answering my questions.. Arthur in the finance also at the front desk, not some back of the store finance office, was also very helpful and was able to take care of my financing in a matter of minutes, ensuring that I received the lowest rate possible (much lower than I had expected to receive)! Tom introduced me to the service manager Dan as he was walking by and we has a delightful conversation for a while. Dan was very kind and helpful in explaining the maintenance that would be required in the future (oil changes, tire rotations, Subaru loaner cars, shuttle service available, etc.). Everyone there was great and made my first new car purchase very enjoyable! I will definitely return to Quirk Works Subaru, and I have and will continue to refer all my friends, and family.

The BEST Sales Experience in my life !!!
The search was over !!! Residing in the Metro Boston area for over 30 years and have owned 4 Subaru?ˆ™s, debating on different model?ˆ™s vs. options let alone the 4 New Subaru Dealers that I previously corresponded with and visited. I had researched the market value of my trade in for the last 3 months and knew what car I wanted. Finally my search ended an associate at work highly recommended Quirk Works Subaru. My call was answered professionally by Sean Ternullo, straightforward from the beginning without hesitation. He knew the inventory and gave me the price without me asking twice within seconds, not like dealing with the ?ˆ?Other Dealers?ˆ?i.e. put on hold, I will have to get back to you, let me talk to my manager.. I could realize he was not a salesman. With less than a 90 second phone call I was getting in my car to take a ride down to Braintree. I comfortably was able to park, have a glimpse on the inventory before I walked threw the front door to Sales without getting attacked on the lot. I was greeted upfront by the sales desk by the General Manager, Sean Ternullo of whom I spoke to before leaving to head there. went in for first service i have gone to planet subaru for years i was very shocked after reading so many bad things to find Mr OConnell very helpful and polite, he greeted me talked to me as a person not a customer nad made me feel like i was very welcomed, by the time we were done with our conversation the car was almost finished. i asked him about why i couldnt access espn. he said they dont allow access to sports... view more on the wireless. if anything that was my only complaint.

Service Department was awesome
Had problems with my WRX. Took it into Quirk Works where Dan Oconnell assisted me. He was able to pinpoint my problems with his team and service my car effectively. I will take my WRX here from now on! Great Service, Great People. Didnt feel like I was robbed (as I had with my previous service company).

Great Service
was very surprised to find the service was quick and very friendly people thier. i have read nothing but bad reviews and thought i would set the record straight. the place deals with hundreds of people every month and yet they seem to know who i am and are very kind Dave and Dano where very helpful i was in and out in uder 20 minutes and he gave me a coupon price even though i forgot it.

don`t buy here
Recently bought a used vehicle here - they did a horrible job servicing the car prior to selling it. I`ve spent the last 2 months getting things fixed - big things. Head gasket, front axle, engine mounts and a tune up. No they didn`t tune it prior to sale.

My trade in was a subaru with 322,000 miles on it, it was in better condition than the newer car I bought.

Go someplace else.

Questionable service
I bought a used Forester at this dealership in December with only 19000 miles, still under warranty. The first sign that things were not quite right is that the car was advertised as having keyless entry and yet they wished to charge us for the remote (normally two remotes are supplied with a new car). There were other little things too, but I won`t get into it. I took it to Cityside Subaru in Belmont were, under warranty, they replaced clutch and flywheel and revealed that this was the 2nd clutch change (that information was available to Quirk Subaru also but they did not disclose it). I am certain that Quirk could have caught this before selling me the car. If only they had the same enthusiasm about checking out the cars they sell as they do about selling bogus warranty extentions and tire protection schemes ...
