My experience with this place was very good, the car I bought was a Subaru that my wife and I, we both love it. The trained staff and office environment are really helpful, cool and friendly, and they gave us great advice how to choose our car and insurance. I always recommend them to all of my colleagues at work and to my friends and neighbors when somebody is looking for a good, respected and trusted dealer.

I could not afford the warranty, so I didnt get one. However Autohouse still changed my tires entirely free of cost. I`ve never seen such warm and friendly customer care. Just one thing, you will be amazed how many cars they have in storage and its not easy to choose one yourself! But dont worry, they are so patient and walk you through all details. I`ve bought many cars, (both new and used)and dealt with many dealers. This was by far the easiest! I had an idea of the kind of car I wanted and they had it! These guys really took care of me, I couldn`t be happier. I live in western mass and they had exactly the vehicle I was looking for, so actually ended up driving over three hours to look at and eventually buy the car. They were extremely accommodating and willing to work with me to make things easier despite the long drive. Great example is that I wanted to have an additional key made up for the car, so they worked w... view moreith a BMW dealer out in my area to get the key made up rather than making me drive all the way back out their way. I had a couple little things I wanted to have fixed up on the car and they took care of them no problem. I`m honestly thrilled with how well they looked after out business transaction. If I ever find myself in that area again, I would definitely head back.

I recently bought an SUV from AutoHouse USA and I am absolutely thrilled. it had some scrathed rims that they made look like new & helped me get financed when no one else would. a few months after i took it home i hit a curb and blew a tire and bent a rim. They helped me get a new tire at their cost and sent me to a great repair place that charged 1/2 of what the Acura dealer wanted to charge for the same work... view more! absolutely no customer service skills or people skills in general. You are inconviencing them when you walk in the door to this place, and when they get your money theyre hands are washed with you...purchaced a vehicle from these scam artists and same story as everyone else on these reviews for them...the 86 point inspection is a joke and must have been performed by helen keller. they sold a car that would not pass i... view morenspection and had to keep sending the car to their mechanic for weeks at a time and explaining how much money that i had cost them and myself!! the finance manager "mike" will not hesitate to swear at you when you ask him a question he knows that he is wrong about. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! read reviews and the overall atmosphere of this joint is creepy. they also " have the right to increase your interest rate"(they get kickbacks on how much they can gouge your rate up) reguargless of what you get approved for. listen in if they are dealing with another person about to get screwed sitting down at the finance desk, they talk about it outloud as if it is ok.**THEY MOST CERTAINLY ARE THE PEOPLE WRITING "THE GOOD" REVIEWS ON THEMSELVES!!! I would not recommend them. Their Audi`s have several problems and it is hard to believe they go through a rigorous inspection before being sold. I have had mine for 8 months. The first two months it was at their mechanics three times because the engine light was on. This went on two days after I had the car. They did pay for repairs and a rental car for one day. I also brought it to Audi for a proper diagnostic ... view moresince their mechanic didn`t seem to know the problem and I told him what the issue was. 5 months later the light is back on. I have only driven about 3000 miles! The window is broken. There was no donut or spare tire, of course not. Got a flat and had to get towed. The window is broken. Both dip headlights go off and on. This is one expensive purchase. Big regret.
