"quality pre owned cars" if by quality you mean total crap then yes

I was wondering how it comes to be that you are able to sell cars considering that you tried selling a car that; 1. Did not start the first showing. We gave you three days after a callback and visit assuming you`d put some effort into selling the car. 2. upon request, to which your sales associate agreed to put in a battery so we could actually hear the engine and maybe test it out , he failed to do so. I now und... view moreerstand why you didn`t want us to hear it 3.the car was obviously chopped together - engine was not meant for the model (clearly from a junkyard/salvage with still painted ID on it) and tapped like it was struggling to work. The radio that was supposed to be in that model has a completely different face and AUX port. I would understand that maybe one would install a dealer radio or better upgrade. what was in the car was a HUGE catastrophe that struggled to work as most of the LEDs were out and it was an older model that is below the car`s original radio. The two side mirrors also gave this frankestein job away as the associate even mentioned they were just screwed on and needed real ones to replace. I considered that if the associate had not even gotten the battery replace to show off a prospective sale then if we ever purchased the car from your dealership how difficult things would be made to fix other issues that you are responsible for. Both the lack of care for your customers and also lack of quality in cars (and the outrageous prices for such total sh*t). Considering that the car in question and nearly every car on the lot had wheels that were almost bare how would one perceive the quality of these cars? Logically if you are a dealer and want your cars to look decent to help them move off the lot wouldn`t you atleast put even your cheap tires on that aren`t bald and INFLATE the tires? How is one expected to test drive on flat tires? This dealership obviously doesn`t care about the quality (lack there of) in which they are passing on to others. Also the brakes/calipers were severely rusted and in need of immediate replacement to which the saleman even noted would be taken care of. Highly doubtful that `taken care of` by any means translates to proper/timely replacement when such aforementioned small items at start were not "taken care of". I advise anyone that wishes to not be a fool and lose there money/waste their time/amass great aggravation to avoid ever buying from this sleazy car lot with chopped puzzle cars. Unfortunately one cannot give under a star for such horrible quality of business.
