Reviews:

Do not buy a car from this dealer read reviews first! I bought my 2001 Pontiac grand am from here I told the guy I was a student and did not have a lot of money to be spending on a car but due to Sandy I had to because my old car was totaled. I was made aware of there 30 day 1000 mile warranty and was fine with it. I found my Pontiac and fell in love with it. The ad off of craigslist said the car was in GREAT CONDIT... view moreION only 102.000 miles on it so not to bad the only problem that was listed in the car fax was that it had been hit in the rear but the problem was fixed and nothing was wrong. I then took it for a test drive the roads are all smooth around there so you can not tell how the car really handles the road. I took the car home gave Emerdson 1,500 dollars down and my loan was about 3700.00 dollars. in 15 days i found myself back at his shop for a rattle in the back of the car and when i made a left turn there was a rubbing/grinding sound. I took the car in and they sent out a tech to do a test drive with me we spent maybe a hour on the test drive I was told Grand AM`s have a moving axle in the front and they sway. When we got back the tech told Emerdson what he heard and told him he could not be sure unless he looked at it but its drive able I was then told well if its drive able it didn`t need to be worked on and told me i was fine to go. 2 weeks after my 30 days the car broke down i found out that the alternator had went bad. I understand these things happen called them to see if maybe they could help no such luck. I work in Dundalk as a manager so I needed a GREAT car like that ad said. I went to Pepboys and got the alternator fixed. the car was doing fine then I went to Annapolis to help a friend out and the car broke down again we got it started. Called this place they said I could get a free diagnostic on the car but I had to call and make an appointment getting the car up and running I got the car home the next day I went to work I went to start the car and it would not turn over all the way I had to call a tow this was 60 days that I have had the car took it to a shop in Dundalk because that`s where I work and broke down. I was ready for something stupid and small to be the problem but what happened next I was unprepared for. I get a call the next morning the WHOLE fuel system was shot fuel pump, line, filter (that looked like it had not been changed from day 1), and the relay all bad the repair was going to be $900 plus dollars. I called to talk to Emerdson and yet again he was not in his office I left a message for him to call me back this was around 9am I went to lunch at 10am and tried again the phones kept ringing I called there sales line and what do you know he picked up so he must have been there but I was not his top worry When I got a hold of him he reminded me that it was well past my 30 days I then informed him that it was all linked to the noise in the back of my car and if he would have let his tech take a look he would have found it. We went back and forth for about a hour telling me that I did this to that car and it was a 2001 uses car it was not going to be in GREAT CONDITION I informed him his ad when I bought the car said GREAT CONDITION and there was no way I could screw up a whole fuel system in a matter of 2 months he was very rude, unreasonable and unprofessional. I have only made my first payment on this car and it breaks down 3 times on me I paid 1500 cash and now bout $1000 in repairs and the most they would do was a $80.00 free diagnostic I feel as if I had gotten ripped off.
