Bad Work ---Bad Customer Servi...

Bad Work ---Bad Customer Service....Ziebart tinted my 2008 CRV last April 2011. They talk good just to get you. After the installation, I found that there is a defect in the film installation in one of my windows. The edge of the film is 3/8" far from the edge of the glass in the frond part of the glass. the other windows are fine. I left a voice message and no one returned my call back. I called again after 3 d... view moreays and went there. One of the Ziebart people went outside with me to see the defect, and he told me that this is normal and the warranty does not cover it and then left me in a complete rude attitude. I have tinted the glass of my other car in another shop "California tint" in tysons and was manual cut PERFECT. Do not waste your time with Ziebart and do not stress yourself with BAD customer service.

2003 Acura and 1989 Supra

Outstanding work by the Fairfax Ziebart. Both cars look brand new. I`ve been using Ziebart for 20 Years and the Fairfax store for over 3 years and they have always done excellent work. I highly recommend them.

I have an older car (15 yrs old)and Ziebart has treated the outside of the car for many years, and no one thinks the automobile is as old as it is.. The finished product is worth doing it on a regular basis.

Best little tint shop in Fairfax

They did an awesome job on my BMW 330 xi. I went a little dark, but they explained it all to me, I`ll take my chances. Then I found out they do paint repair also. They fixed a good sized scrape on my bumper for like $200, a body shop wanted three times that much, and the repair is perfect! I can`t even tell where it was anymore. They finished it off with a detail wax job, nice, nice, nice.

Buyer Beware

Horrific work. Will fill in details later if issues not resolved with the help of corporate HQ. Until then, if you are looking for a detail or undercoating, explore all your options and be very careful.
