This company advertises "Customer for Life" but I surely will not be going back here. It takes them 3 hours to change your oil. I called to set up inspection and emmissions that are supposed to be free (well the inspection is apparently the only thing free) it will still cost you $51.02 for emmissons, so I don`t think that is a deal. Plus if you take it in for your "free" oil change, be ready to sit there for 3 hours... view more while they take your whole car apart and then try to tell you it needs all this work done, when it doesn`t need it. Just a heads up for anyone who may be looking to buy from here. Sales guys were nice, but my car never got detailed like it should have (like I said it was used and I don`t think they ever cleaned the inside) and they didn`t even give a full tank of gas to drive the car off with.

Worst car buying experience of my life
This place was recommended to me as a quality, professional dealership and I ended up ripped off. Bought the first car, and was willing to hold off on signing until they got the heavy scent out of the car. But, no, they assured me that was not a problem, bring it by later that week and they would take care of it, so like a fool, I signed. A month later, as I ready to go berserk, they acknowledge that despite every... view morething they can`t get rid of the smell. The salesman called me at work and told me that they were going to trade my car out, for another one of the same year, only this one does not have all the bells and whistles, but has much less mileage. I said fine and agreed to the trade (I was driving to Florida that week). I went in and the guy printed off the papers and I started signing away (my fault, should have read the paperwork) and I left with the car. I look at the paperwork the next day and saw that there was another $2,000. cost. Went back and talked to the salesman, who said that car was $2.000 more, but my car payment was the same. I told him, sure it was, another year was added on. What a joke. They acted like they did me a favor by trading the car for the 2nd car, but the deal was on the 1st car for them to get rid of the smell. Now, I understand why car salesmen are at the bottom of the professions to trust list. And I felt like a fool, because I never dreamed I would be ripped off over purchasing a car. I then had to drop the car off for a cracked panel to be replaced and left a note for the head sales guy to contact me when he got in and just explain to me how I ended up paying more for a lesser car, when I was told a trade was going to be made. One very expensive lesson I have learned, is never sign anything without reading it all the way through in peace and quiet and no distractions.
