Went in to purchase a 2001 Ford Crown Victoria. The car was clean and in very good shape (and yes the salesman was friendly), but this is a car that you could only get $400.00 for if you needed to sell it. The asking price was nearly $9,000.00. The manager came down to $6,200.00 and my car. Then they give you a sheet of paper trying to get you to finance the amount at 7% plus interest! These guys are the kings o... view moref the "straw deal". They try to get you to finance an amount for a product that isn`t even worth that amount to begin with, Buyer beware!! Also, know that this is one of Truecar.com`s "certified" dealers - so that should give you some idea as to how reliable the information is on that site.

I`ve been a customer of Apple Ford for the last 10 years. It`s been my observation that they`ve repaired things that aren`t broke. I caught them twice telling me my car needed something fixed that didn`t (leaking oil pan, leaking break line). I have cut ties with Apple Ford. Decent sales experience, Horrible Service department. Made appointment for warranty work and told I would have to wait for almost an hour before they could get my car in to the shop. Was to take 30 minutes and took 2 hours. My punishment for calling them out on not honoring appointment times. I was one of the first appointments of the day so why the wait. Hello it is a quick lane your suppose to be able to just drive up and give them your keys and go, no appointment necessary. I drove 30 minutes one way to change my oil only to turn around because they are not prepared or professional. I bought a $25,000 car from this dealership and this is the way they treat you. Good bye Apple Ford we are through.
