Far from ""Excellence Guarenteed""

The front right side of my car was hit in the beginning of June. It took the place a month to fix the damages. Once we finally picked up the car we noticed problems right away. When I went to turn out of the lot the right blinker wouldn`t work. We found out the headlight was not even connected as well as the security system. The window switch on the door in the collision was stuck. Also the steering wheel had i... view moressues. After taking the car back I was told none of it would be fixed because it was not from the accident. I talked to the owner who was very rude. His assistant transferred me to him and he answered with ""what do you want"". He refused to acknowledge that his shop had done a shoddy job. Though he did say that he had little experience with foreign cars (mine is a hyundai). After much arguing he told us to leave his lot. Not only is he un-businesslike but he is delusional.

Outstanding Service and Excellence in Repair

My recent experience with G&A was absolutely outstanding. The service was incredibly fast and easy. The staff was friendly and competent. I brought my van in for an estimate and I left in a rental car. I didn`t have to think about a thing. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I didn`t have to ask or even make the call. The rental was there in less than five minutes. My van was ready on scheudule and as promised. Horrible Body Shop

Had a very minor accident and they have had my car for going on 6 weeks. We were told it would take 4 days. They have called us 6 times to pick it up and every time there is something wrong with the work. Sometimes the stuff we pointed out to them before was still not fixed and sometimes they would mess something else up.
