Went to this place for a simple part. First waited in line for 15 minutes at the register while the people ahead of me requested help. During that time, two of the other employees were in the back visibly chatting with each other. When I made it to the front of the line, I was told my part was on aisle H4. None of the aisle`s have any letter or number identifiers. If I wanted this level of double encryption, I would ... view morego to the NSA not advance auto parts. I asked again for help and was told, "sir its not that difficult, its just right over there". At that point, I walked out and went to one of their many competitors within a 3 block radius. I wouldn`t go back to this place if my car was on fire and they were giving away free fire extinguishers.

Not very good experience. Counter service was not good. Not very knowledgeable. Try another auto parts store first.
