We moved into the area just a year ago and we found Novi Motive through a coupon mailer, and we`re so glad we did! I appreciate their friendly staff and their honest, trustworthy technicians. I love that they have a little play area, and the free coffee and comfortable waiting area, it makes bringing my three little ones along very easy, and even enjoyable!

Extremely high prices. Took advantage of us when our car was broke down. Really ticked off that I didn`t just tow the car to another garage. Do not use this Garage.

It only takes one nasty experience

I was a regular about 20 years ago. That stopped when the mechanic returned the car with a measurement on the rear wheel alignment that was 1.5 TIMES THE SPEC LIMIT for toe. When I complained, I was told that I would be charged FULL PRICE for a 4-wheel alignement to fix this. I told them to go ahead, but it would be the last time that they would get my business. We have both upheld our positions. The only way ... view morethat I`d ever go back is if the management has changed. The old management had a real quality problem. I simply will not work with such an attitude.
