Don`t do it!

I called them at 2:45pm on a MONDAY asking for a 2 mile tow. It`s now 4:30 and when I called the lady on the phone sounded unsure of how michc longer it would be. She says maybe 30 more minutes. I mean, Novi isn`t that big, how many cars could need towing?! If the tire shops closes within an hour, then I`m going to miss work tomorrow. This is unacceptable. *calls Wixom towing*

I just saw their post on Facebook about their most loyal customer. Some guy who has been bringing his cars to them for over 60 years....that`s loyalty. I can definitely say that I know what he means when he says Keford is the only shop I trust to work on my cars, I feel the same way. If I could give no stars I would they are the lowest level of slime charging accident victims to get their belongings & forcing them to sign the vehicle over in order to get the personal property

Very Professional Service. For Towing and Autobody repairs I always recommend Keford. They have done my work for over 20 years and have always been happy with their work. They are family owned for over 50 years. I knew their dad and he was the same. Really Outstanding Service and Follow-Up! Keford provided excellent service for me, for some towing I had them do, and also some body work I had done on my 2010 Ford Taurus. Fantastic Service! I have tried other companies in the area, and they do not compare to the service I recently received at Keford. It was so convenient to have may car repaired at the shop where it was towed to. They handled everything for me, got me a rental car right away and everything. Very Poor Service

The service provided by Keford is well below par - they take an excessive amount of time to fix your vehicle, are very rude once they get your business, go back on their word and it is almost impossible to get a hold of them or get a straight answer. The people who answer the phone are especially rude.

BEAUTIFUL WORK!

I brought my car to Keford recently, and I can`t believe how good it came out. Not only are the repairs and paint work beautiful, but they cleaned the inside of the car, better than I ever have! It`s nice to know there are still quality, family owned businesses that really care about great personal service, and outstanding craftsmanship.

FAST SERVICE-FAIR PRICE

My Semi-Tractor went off the road this past winter and Keford got there within 20 minutes. When they got there they got right to work and made short work of getting me out of the ditch. The price was very fair too. Not like some of those tow companies out their gouging people. I would highly recommend this tow company to anyone who drives truck and needs fast service and a fair price.
