First of all I want to say that I use the location on Washington Ave because of the convenience but this location has caused me inconvenience twice in a roll. The first time I bought my vechicle in for an oil change. The lady at the front desk stated no problem said she was waiting on her workers to come in so I left my vehicle. After a few hours had passed I called and she said they were working on it I ask her to ... view morecall me when the vehicle is ready she agreed. A few more hours passed still had not heard from them so I decided to go in and my car was on the lift. The female said she tried calling me to inform me that there was an issue with getting the bolt unscrewed to the oil pan and it took a special tool to get it unscrewed and the mechanics have their tools locked up....WHOA....OKAY!!

The next incident was just recently I went in again for convenience to get my alternator changed again a different female took my info and said ""oh we will have it ready for you before 12""...RIGHT...I called they told me the wrong alternator was sent and it had to be sent back. Few hours later they called and said the tension belt for the alternator had to be changed so I agreed said they will be done by 5pm. I get to the store and the manager and the female that orginally help me said the mechanic had to leave for an emergency at the hospital and no one could finish the job....YES N F---ING DEED..my car had to be left overnight...They need to revamp the whole damn crew this is not quality customer service at all...so I said ""FORGET THE CONVENIENCE AND FORGET TIRE KINGDOM ON WASHINGTON AVENUE""

I bought four new radial tires and a road hazard policy late last year from this Tire Kingdom.
Recently, my mechanic informed me that my tires were in bad shape. This alarmed me, especially when he pointed out that pieces of metal were protruding from one of my front tires.
I immediately called Tire Kingdom and made an appt. to address this issue. Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk came out, looked a... view moret my tire and told me that the damage was the result of my tires being out of alingment. I asked if my tires had been aligned when placed on my car by Tire Kingdom and was amazed at the response: ""No Mam, you would have had to ask us to do so at the time your tires were put on your car."" To which I replied: ""Really?! You all put the tires on and don`t inspect the alignment?!?!"" Her response: ""No, Mam, not without your permission.""
Net result...my road hazard policy was null and void and Tire Kingdom lines up a new tire purchase. But not from me. Not ever, ever again. I don`t tolerate predatory practices and neither should you. And, in my viewpoint, this is as predatory as it gets.
Happy Ending:
Went immediately to Firestone, purchased two new tires and pointedly asked whether an alighment would be done when my tires were installed. ""Yes, Mam, we automatically make sure all the tires we install are in alignment."" Best part...it`s free.
Bye, bye Tire Kingdom!!!!!

I went in because I had a flat tire on the front passenger side for my 2009 Toyota Camry LE. I did research before going to the store to make sure I`m not getting ripped off. Online it gave an estimate of $79.99/tire, though when I got to the store the clerk told me it was $149.99/tire. I asked politely why the price was so high, the clerk told me that`s what they have on file. I was desperate on getting a new tire a... view morend said fine. Then they told me to give them my car keys, which I asked why and the clerk responded that they will change out the tire for me. I handed him the car key and waited outside the store since my puppy was with me. I watched them work on six others cars that came in after me and ended up waiting for an hour for them to change one tire. When they handed me the invoice, they charged me $39.99 for the service fee which I wasn`t notified. I was thoroughly upset that I wasn`t notified that i was going to be charged for it when they took my car key. I inquire about this situation to the clerk and he said nothing can be done since the service is already render. Before heading to Tire Kingdom, I was planning on purchasing a tire and going home and doing it myself within twenty minutes.

When you need to find something specific for your vehicle, Tire Kingdom is the place to go. I always recommend Tire Kingdom to friends and family and am happy to give this store a 5 star rating :)
