Out Of State Repairs: AVOID IT

We were on a mission trip in New Orleans and on the way down and our full size van had transmission problems.Towed it to the closest dealer (Bergeron) and they could`nt look at it till Tuesday then a 363.55 transmission service...then drove to the used car lot and the transmission leaked tike a main artery..So I was told another 600.00 please ! Used Car Dept

This dealership is the worst in Metairie for lack of service, follow-up, or even professionalism on the part of the Sales team. They wonder why this particular dealership can`t move vehicles off the lot you might need to look at your personnel and make changes. I would travel to the Westbank or even across the lake to visit their dealership. I would not recommend this dealership for anything! Great Experience

I just purchased a 2008 Town & Country from Carlos. I found him very helpful and the entire experience was great. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Bergeron again. Hats off to this dealership.
