Graet Service and Work

I want to defend Lemoine`s from a previous post which was full of erroneous information. My family and I have used Lemoine`s on several instances. They provide great work and do work directly with most insurance companies, especially well-established ones. The staff is very courteous and will take time to answer your questions. They will work with you if you are not completely satisfied and have loyal customers because of their great service and work ethics. You Sir Are A Liar,
We have been in buisiness for 27 yrs. We would not have the amount of great customers we do repair work for, if we did things the way you claim. We are not a direct repair shop fo rany insurance co. as you have stated. We have been invited by most large ins. co.`s to be on thier programs. We feel this would be a conflict of interest to our customers. Direct repair programs require discounts on... view more parts and labor,use of A/M parts and often times questionable repair practices. We have never not disclosed that we are NOT Ins. direct repair. We are quite proud of this fact.We DONOT repair any vehicle without authorization from customer for anything the ins. co is not fully paying for. If your company will not pay for OEM parts after fighting for you we will either use them or you can pay the difference. This is comepletely your decision and ALWAYS discussed with the owner before anything is done. We do require payment for repairs when vehicle is delivered. It always takes longer to repair vehicle than it does to write a check. You not having payment when vehicle is ready is your ins. co.`s fault not ours.We will hold your check and not deposit it until you have recieved your check from ins. co. This is the only way we have of protecting our investment. I do not believe you are who you say you are. BEWARE! Rip off Bait and Switch

Do not let these scumbags fix your car. They ARE NOT a direct repair shop for many insurance companies and will not tell you that. They tell you ""we deal with the insurance company for you"" BUT, they forget to tell you thay YOU have to pay the bill and wait for the insurance company to send you a check.
