Very Happy!

Better prices and definately faster service than I expected.. I stopped in for an oil change because I had a coupon but I plan to make Walt Sweeney Ford my regular service shop now. I told them I was on my lunch break and they worked really hard to get me in and out, faster than Jiffy Lube and felt like I had a better quality oil change too. I will recommend their service shop.

great service and quick!

Stopped in with no appt-they got me in as i was going on a trip-did a few minor things and showed me what may need attention in the near future-i put tires on it while i was there -i had already shopped online so i had a good idea of prices-they gave me what i thought was a good deal- i would highly recommend!

Excellant experience and I`m very picky!

This is first time I have gone out on my own to buy a vehicle so I was very cautious. It took a couple trips to the dealership and a lot of phone calls to the bank but Bob was really great to work with. He didn`t rush me to make a decision and he didn`t mind doing the leg work with my bank. They let me take the Fusion home with me to get a real feel for the car, I even brought it back and didn`t buy it the first t... view moreime. I thought they wouldn`t like that but there was no pressure are all! They ended up finding a Fusion for me in the color I wanted and I absolutly love my new car! Horrible buying experience

I bought my car end of lease from them from another state - I live in California. Their sales and finance people didn`t tell me I would have to process the paperwork at the DMV myself. So they sent the paperwork 2 weeks after my registration had already expired and several things were not properly filled out. So I had to pay penalties for the registration being late. If I had known they were not going to... view more be taking care of the paperwork, I would have paid the registration in advance. Plus I had to resend the paperwork to Walt Sweeney again and go back to the DMV one more time at least. I asked them to comp the penalty costs and they refused.

I just recently purchased a pre-owned car from Walt Sweeney and received excellent service. I received a great price on the car, the sales person and manager were all very helpful, friendly, and did not pressure me at all. After having the car a week or so the check engine light came on...
