Best Place to Fix your car

While recently moving to Kentucky and settling in Florence, I was unaware of a good body shop to take my car to when I had an accident. Unused to how Kentucky works with insurance companies here I asked my insurance man to name some companies that do this type of work. Out of several that were named I luckily selected Florence Body and Frame. My first meeting with Mary and her staff put me at ease. They are very know... view moreledgeable, courteous and friendly. Mary let me know what to expect if I selected their company to do the work on my car. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and she assured me my car would be returned to beautiful once more. The whole team there are very genuine in their attitude and respect for their customers. I had them do the work. My car is a maxima and has a very hard to match paint. They matched it perfectly! They did such an awesome job that no one could tell it had been hit. Not long after I got my car back, to my horror I was rear ended by a big truck. I was devastated. It was a mess. I took my car straight to Mary and her staff at Florence Body and Frame. I was afraid
it would have to be totaled. Mary looked it over and assured me it could be fixed. I left it in their good hands. I picked up my car today three weeks after the accident. It looks brand new once more. I am so excited about the great job they did. They treated my car like one of their own and it shows. In August I will have had my car 7 years. After Mary?ˆ™s staff was finished, it looks like it did the day I drove it off the car lot. You could not ask for better people to trust your car to when you need to have it fixed. My husband also had them do some touch up work on a door for me to remove a deep scratch. It was done at such a reasonable price. To my delight they also do tune ups there more reasonable than the dealers. I would recommend you always head straight to Florence Body and Frame shop and Mary?ˆ™s team for assistance when your car needs it. Stop in and ask what they can do for you. Kind helpful people, knowledgeable about fixing cars and very reasonable on pricing, they are amazing. I highly recommend you go there. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent Service, Honest People

Mary and her staff are excellent. They are helpful in dealing with the insurance companies and the work if excellent. The color matching and workmanship are superb!!! I have used them many times and will not go anywhere else. Honest people are hard to find.

Awesome Service...Caring staff

I had an accident and was towed out of a ditch by Florence Body and Frame. The two men, Steve and Rob, who were called to the accident scene to pull my car out(which backed traffic up for miles) were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and compassionate. They worked fast yet carefully to make sure my car didn`t roll while winching it out. After the mayhem, they treated me with respect and compassion for my situation.... view more They suggested I get the underside of the car looked at and recommended their shop, Florence Body and Frame. I brought the car in the next day and, without having to wait, Mary, the owner, walked out to my car with me and found significant damage to the wheel and suggested I may not be safe driving it. She helped me secure a rental car through my insurance agency and, when I called my husband to pick me up and take me to the rental car shop, Mary insisted that one of her tow truck drivers would be happy to drive me. Mary also dealt with my insurance company and the appraiser many times during the process. Mary made me feel as if once I turned the car over to her I did not have to worry about anything. She and everyone at the shop worked hard to make my unfortunate situation as smooth and undisruptive to my schedule as possible.
