I just had my 2012 Acura TL tinted at Tint Masters in December and it was another A plus job. This has got to be car number 7 that i`ve gotten done at Tint Masters.

I first had the experience with Tint Masters located in Oak Grove Ky about ten years ago. I was stationed at Fort Campbell. My family and I have been stationed in Germany and have just returned. To my delight, I was talking with some of my neighbors in Clarksville about getting our new car tinted and they recommended Tint Masters. I had my car tinted with the lifetime warranty from Tint Masters. I had an issue in which I returned to the shop for resolution. I had my receipt and my warranty card. The owner of the business honored the warranty. I cannot think of any business who would honor someone`s warranty and they do not have a Receipt/and their warranty card. I feel sorry for you because you could not validate your purchase but I think ... view moreany buiness person would have not honored your warranty just by your word alone. Sorry but it does not work that way. I have had many friends use Tint Masters and I am in the military. He is also retired military CSM so I trust him in business interactions. One thing I don`t like about this rating system is "some" people who rate who should not have comments because their issues are ones they caused themselves. "If you have a warranty-make sure you have your receipt and warranty card so the business can verify the issue." Trust me I have been doing business with Tint Master`s for over ten years and he will stand behind his service. He is an ethical business man! Thanks Mr. Floyd.

The car i recently bought from a seller in Clarksville, Tn had 5% limo tint on it which wasn""t legal. Tint masters offered me the total: expert removal of the old tint and expert installation of new 35% tint which is legal for the state of TN. with a lifetime warranty valid in all 50 states. The entire staff is friendly and very experienced, and the quality and value are unsurpassed.

I had the windows tinted on my 09 accord (new at the time) with executive tint. Less than a year later I start to notice a blur thought the back window. It is hard to see out of it at all when it is dark. Everything is very blurred at this point. Not safe! I called tint masters and spoke to one of the men there.. Not the owner. I asked if it was covered under warranty and he said if I could find the receipt. I was unable to find it, so I was told that they could do something. I went to Tint masters in person with the car today. The owner was there and looked at the window as well. I was again told it would cost me $100 to fix it without the receipt. it is understandable to need to have the receipt; however it s not understandable to me to have to pay another $100 to have a problem fixed that shouldn

My first time using Tint Masters was on the day of the hurricane. My family and I was in terrible need of assistance and shelter during the storm. Tint Masters technician W.C. My family and I have been customers of this establishment ten years. During this period of time, Mr. Willie Floyd has tinted cars for my wife, daughter, and mother-in-law. Recently he tinted ""my baby"" which is a Chevy Camaro and my daughter`s Dodge Challenger.

I appreciate the time he takes with my family members in insuring that they get the tint which would enhance their vehicles while explaining the health benefits of window tinting. Mr. Floyd also takes the time to explain which percentage would enhance the looks of our vehicles while insuring that the percentage of tint does not violate any state laws.

I would never entrust any other Window Tinting companies in the area. Mr. Floyd has always treated my family and I as valued customers(and like family). The reason that we go back time and time again? Because Tint MASTERS has a reputation that my family can trust. Mr. Floyd and his staff back their work 110 percent and they are loyal to their customers. Customer Satisfaction is their Goal.

Made appointment 2 days before getting my tint put on my brand new car, when we got there that Saturday morning I asked W.C. Floyd if he would be able to get to my car he replied he would, we drove back by around 11:30 am my car still wasn`t being worked on, got a call around 1:45 and my tint was complete I thought that was quick, went to pick up my car and looked at the windows real good, all four side windows were ... view morescratched so bad I thought a cat had been loosed in my car, he told me sometimes that happens because of the tools, no I disagree if you take your time that amount of scratches want happen, the job was so rushed and it showed, he told me he couldn`t do anything about it that day, because he had to meet his wife, if he cared anything about his work & his reputation he would not have let us go with such a terrible job done on my car and stayed until he corrected the problem. Now I am gonna have to go back another day to see what he can do to rectify the problem. I told him if he couldn`t get to me that day I would have came back another day, he knew he had to be somewhere that`s why the job on my car was rushed I advise anyone out there considering having tint put on your car by Tint Masters of Oak, Grove Ky by W.C. Floyd think twice and go somewhere else, I REGRET THAT I DIDN`T GO SOMEWHERE ELSE & (the reason I didn`t go somewhere else he has done several other cars in the pass for me no probem with those tint jobs) He need to find someone who can do tint work because who ever put my tint on this time need to take another class in knowing how to not scratch up the tint and think you are gonna get away with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
