I bought a car there last November. I got a great deal for my trade in, too. When i bought the car it was due for an oil change in about 1000 miles so they threw in a free oil change when due. They also cleaned and washed it! Jesus Renteria was the salesman that hooked me up!

I have never been to a more manipulative crooked dealership in my life! I will not only never be going back to this place but will likely never own another GM product. They were that bad! We have had nothing but issues with this car from the 2nd week we owned it and Don Hattan refuses to do anything about it. We recently purchased a used car from this Chevrolet dealer and although the salesmen were not high pressure they failed to mention a very important issue with the car that we purchased until AFTER we signed on the dotted line. The car we purchased does not use a ?ˆ?normal?ˆ? key but a fobik (integrated fob and key). We were not told until we were walking out to the car that they only had one, yes one, fobik for the car.... view more What dealer only supplies one key for a car??? We believed the salesman when he indicated that a replacement should be around $50 and they did not offer to provided us with an additional fobik, but simply took the attitude of, ?ˆ?oh well it?ˆ™s your problem now?ˆ?. After contacting several manufacturer specific dealerships in regards to a replacement, we discovered that the costs would actually be around $250. We felt that this is an important item that should have been disclosed prior to purchasing the vehicle. With advancements in technology, those once seemingly small items are now very costly. This is a very backhanded way of doing business and we will most likely not be back.

Would not give me a straight answer from the moment I walked through the door. Did not provide the service that was agreed to over the phone and tried to pull a fast one at the end to try and get me to buy a car I didn`t even want. Very shady business or sales rep to say the least. I will never do business there!

They took advantage of my daughter, sold them a used junk truck at a high price and basically helped themselves to a perfectly good lte model trade in and refuse to help my children. My son in law just returned from serving in Iraq! Thanks Don Hattan for such a wonderful homecoming! Plan on spreading the joy to all other service members...

Don Hattan is a great place for service. They are very honest and usually can get you in at the last minute. They are very friendly and also will take you to your place of employment if needed. I would highly recommend them and the new massage chairs are awesome! Ladies day is very nice too. Angi Gragg

Went to get my oil changed,they did a great job. Alan in parts ask me,if i wanted syn. oil which i forgot to tell them. Im so glad he caught that and ask me. Thanks to Alan in parts and Garome lube man who showed me my tires was bad. GREAT PLACE !!!!!

Don Hattan Chevrolet restored my belief that car-buying really can be enjoyable. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and above all, extremely accommodating! They made our car purchase fun and we ended up with the exact car we loved!

My husband and I went just to look at a couple of cars we had browsed first on their website, then we ended up buying a vehicle that we had seen online!
