Scheduled a routine service on a 04 Toyota. Including Oil change, Rotate and Balance the tires. They were to also look at the CD player for a malfunction. 3 weeks ahead of time I reserved by their web-site a 12:30 appointment. Time to complete was estimated at 2:00 pm. What happened?ˆ¦ We get there at 12:30, drop off the car, get a ride to a restaurant for lunch. They were to call with any issues or problems. ... view more No calls as of 2:00. I called the dealership for an update. Nothing yet?ˆ¦ my rep. Jeff was out to lunch and would call right back when he returned. 2:45 still nothing, no call. Called for a ride back. Arrived at Little Apple Toyota/Honda Service department. Nothing yet...Jeff tells me (lies) to my face that it is getting worked on and that they are having trouble with the radio issue... I wander around the lot looking for my car...no car. 3:30 I talk to Jeff again, he calls the "service tech" to check on progress... he lies to my face again and says that the tech had to start over with the rotate and balance job... I see a Toyota over across the street in the hot sun..shouldn`t be mine. 3:50 walk 50 yards across the street and see that it is my Toyota. Run back to the Service department. At this time it is 4:00 p.m. and there are 6 people at the counter. I glance back over to my car. A service guy just gets in to my car. I sprint over to my car and say excuse me sir what do you have left to do on this car? He says an oil change, a rotate and balance and look at the CD player. I confirm that nothing has been done for 3 and 1/2 hours on my car. I tell him to drive it over to the service bay as I will be taking my car as I have other appointments. By this time there is only 1 person at the counter to vent my anger on. And the best part..Jeff was nowhere to be found, just conveniently disappeared. Kevin the Service Department Manager appears and says he has absolutely no explanation for the situation when asked. Nearly 4 hours of lies and disinformation and no one taking any responsibility. Kevin, the manager should never have let me leave without a heartfelt apology and a truthful explanation?ˆ”good or bad. Despite all this, as I was heading home, I thought someone would surely call back to apologize and explain. This would have appeased me enough for me to consider giving them another try. I am still waiting?ˆ¦.This is the epitome of poor service and totally unacceptable and no different from what I told them at the dealership. I will continue to tell everyone I know this horrible service story for years to come. In my opinion Jeff, the Service Agent, is a worthless story teller at a worthless service department at a worthless car dealer. And the manager needs a refresher course on customer service. So every time I see their Little Apple logo it will be another reminder to tell this story to someone new.

Horrible Service and Overpriced!
I have a 2006 Honda Civic Si and took it in because I was experiencing a rattling noise in the back of the cab as well as a pretty loud squeak from the driver seat every time I would get in and out of the car. I called the dealership and they assured me that they would be able to fix it and scheduled an appointment to drop off the car a few days later. When I arrived, the sales staff was friendly, and I left my car w... view moreith them for a few hours, when I returned they assured me they fixed the problem and charged me around 100 dollars and I drove the car away, then after I got home, I got out of my car and the squeaking noise continued, and so did the rattling noise. So I took it back the next day and explained that they didn`t fix the problems, so they took the car and the technician drove it around the parking lot, and told me he couldn`t hear anything and after waiting 4 hours, they told me that they couldn`t fix the squeak in the seat and had the nerve to try to charge me 150 bucks... for nothing. I then told them that they did nothing to the car and they still tried to charge me 150 bucks, so I went to my car, got the previous receipt and showed them that I payed already for the service and still they tried to charge me until I talked to the manager. I will never go back to this place again. Although they were friendly at first, they ripped me off leaving me with the same problem and 100 bucks out of my pocket. Don`t waste your time and money, go to a proper dealership.
