I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. Customer service is lacking and the service department is incompetent. Example: they claim you can come in anytime for an oil change, however, we like to make an appointment so we can get service without too much of a wait. Called to make an oil change/tire rotation appointment on a Friday and the soonest they could accommodate was the following Thursday......... view more....for an oil change???? Come on, really???? We purchased our vehicle new in 2011 and have been putting up with the various disappointments since then. We will now take our business elsewhere.

Do not take your car there for...

Do not take your car there for repair. They do not have the ability to fix a car, but they are very good at charging 20-600% over LIST price for the parts they put on it. I did go back with my research and was able to get $190.00 of it back. I can go there and purchase the same parts myself from the parts department for less than list price. I was looking for some place my wife could take her car if something happ... view moreened to me as I have always done the work on our cars. They will never touch my cars again.

Sad experience

Leased from a salesperson who is no longer there. Lease was about up and wanted info on purchasing the car after the lease was up. Pushed to buy something new. Put off after several calls until Lisa finally told me, when I called at the requested time to get payment info, that they ""were too busy blowing up balloons to get to my request."" When I said I`d been trying for 2 weeks she said ""well I`ll just drop everyt... view morehing then just for you."" The sales manager also let me know he was very rude to the GMAC rep that intervened on my behalf regarding leasing options.
At that point I got off work early and went to another dealer and bought a brand new luxury package car.
