Just the opposite for me. I purchased a K100RS from Ginas` and she quoted me a way low price. I told her the price was too low and gave her MORE than she initially asked for. The quality of the service is also spectacular. So, I have a hard time believing what you say !

Bad Customer Service (Really Bad)
Gina promised to sale me a 2006 KLR 650 for ""X"" amount and before I could pick it up she sold it to someone else for $200 more!
I cant believe that a bmw dealership would back out on their word over such an amount. After I had already made all of the bank and travel arrangements!
Gina simply did not care about anything other then making an extra $200 off of a bike.
