Don`t go there!!! I was bought a vehicle, it wasn`t right, the engine dragged. Had the mechanic and the manager of the mechanics ride with me. They said all of these vehicles do this (this type). Took it home still not right I just knew it. Went back test drove another vehicle, "We want to make you happy" they said. Was gong to get another vehicle that was 1000.00 less. They said we can do this for 1000.00.... view more I said you are going to give me a thousand, they said NO it will cost you a thousand. I said WTF? THEN i took vehicle in and it turned out to be a bad transmission, luckily it had a warranty from manufacturer. I do not know how the head honcho at Noble Ford sleeps at night!!!! RIpping people off and not wanting to help them. I would never ever ever go there again. Poor service and the mechanics do not know what they are talking about. Seriously people be honest at the very least!!!

Bait and Switch

I went to look at this car last week on Tuesday, Dec. 28th but it was not there; they told me it was having the thermostat replaced and it would be back Thursday. I came back Thursday and it was still not there, they said they would call when it was back from being repaired. They called me on Tuesday, Jan. 4th and said it was back. I went to look at it on Wednesday after calling to make sure it was there. When I ... view moregot there, I was told the price went up to $13,500 ?ˆ“ (it was listed at $11,995) I was told by the sales guy it was still cheaper than the lowest priced within 500 miles. I got up and walked out. I am going to tell everyone who will listen what noble ford did and I will never buy anything from them - ever. And don`t you think they could have told me over the phone instead of wasting my time and mileage? (3 trips at 29 miles each way = 174 miles) And to think I was going to pay cash!
