Disastisfied Service
In the past I have used Norris and been pleased with their service. Lately, they seem to be scheduling more work that they can readily accomplish. After waiting a week to get my car in for repair, arrived late in the day after I had dropped it off only to be told that they had not looked at it yet and the mechanics had been back logged. In a family with two working adults, one car does not cut it and I should not ... view morebe penalized due to their inability to work efficiently.
