They have worked on my car sev...

They have worked on my car several times, I have never had any type of problem with them. They have been both polite and prompt.They have always told me what was wrong with it and has been within $10 of the quoted price every time. I would continue to take my car there.

Ridiculous service

Last night I had to use my roadside assistance because I got a flat on 275e going through ky. My lugnuts were froze so I couldn`t change my own tire. 1 1/2 hrs later a guy from white oak showed up and couldn`t get them loose so I had to be towed to their shop. Of course he wasn`t driving a tow truck so he left me there waiting. After 3 1/2 hrs of sitting on the side of the road a tow finally showed up. The driver was... view more rude and didn`t want to answer any of my questions. When we were on the road I feared for my life because of his road rage. On several occasions I thought he was going to run other cars off the road. He never once used a turn signal either. The part that scared me most was on the bridge crossing into Ohio, the left lane was closed and we needed to get over. 1st I thought we were going to rear end the semi in front and then the car behind us got too close and this guy (name was Jake) opened his door and hung out screaming vulgar language at him. I highly advise not to use this company. This Jake guy is going to get someone hurt.

Horrible service, avoid it lik...

Horrible service, avoid it like the plague. Car overheated on I-71, tow truck didn`t arrive for 4 hours (no that isn`t a typo four hours) . When the tow truck finally arrived he started to back up to hook up, then got out and informed us he had to leave. His dispatch had called him and told he to go to another job. I thought surely he is kidding as I watched him drive away. I called White Oak to ask what had happened... view more and was told that there was an accident and the driver was going to that. I asked why was this accident more important than two customers who had already been waiting for hours. He said there would be another truck to us in 20 minutes. I again asked why the other call had priorty. I was informed that he wasn`t going to argue with me and hung up.

DisSatisfied

On Thursday, January 29 I called White Oak Auto garage and asked to tow my 2nd car to their garage and informed them of repairs "that I wanted done", which was a new "Distributor Cap and Front Breaks. They explained the price of having it towed at $35.00, Distributor Cap would be $50.00 and New Front Brakes at $220. This I approved of and they informed me that they would start working on it at 9:30 a... view morem. the next day Friday, January 30th. On Friday, January 30th at approximately 11:30 am I stopped by the garage to see how far they were on completion and Jim at the Service Counter in formed me that it need more repairs and started to work on them with out my approval. He said he started with an Oil Change at $29.00 an New Air Filter, New Spark Plugs. I did not ask him to make those repairs or changes. When I can only afford to spend about $300. is one thing, but with out owners approval an to make other repairs are being made with out my consent I should not have to pay for. Dishonesty and lack of Professionalism or CARES to a Customers Approval should come 1st. It will be the last time that I will use there service. I was very angry and upset for the way I was treated by the manager. He would not even look at me face to face when telling me about all the repairs he " quote" had to make with out my approval.
