Honest and upfront pricing

I needed the services of Northgate Transmissions for my 2003 Mountaineer which needed a transfer case and transmission rebuilt. The price was once again reasonable and workmanship was above and beyond. My wife and I were extremely surprised to see that you had given the car a bath. They are up front about pricing and don`t throw in hidden costs.

Mike Yeager needs a lesson in business etiquette

Called to get a quote from this shop, and talked with a lady who told me Mike would call me back when he got off the phone. Well, Ive been looking for quotes all day for my transmission and have been given the run around, nobody could really give me an honest quote. I proceeded to tell the lady that I have been dealing with these shops all day long basically, and that I was tired of the run around. I get a call from Mike Yeager, he calls and asks me if I called for a quote, I said yes. Then he proceeded to use the ""F"" word profusively. He asked me if I wanted an ""F`ing"" quote, that he would give me an ""F`ing"" quote. I asked him if he liked that image of his business and he continued to throw the ""F"" word at me in my direction.

Unless you like doing business with a man that will talk to you using the ""F"" word amongst others, I suggest you stay away from this company. A co worker of mine took their car there to have a transmission rebuilt, 2 days after the warranty expired the transmission did the same thing it did before he took it in.

TOO many other transmission companys out there to have to deal with Mike Yeager and his ""Potty Mouth"" Shop around, you will see his prices are OUTRAGEOUS compared to other companies too.

Not only a rip off, but a HORRIBLE business man. AVOID!
