Ripped me off!

This place RIPPED me off! I had some drivers side tire damage in April, in Oct it started making a noise, I thought it was related and took it to them and asked them to check it out... when I left same noise, same problem! Patriot Tire said it was never the drivers side (even though it was damage to the fender and tire) it was the passenger side. I went back and they told me that was my problem for telling them I tho... view moreught it was the driver side, they thought I knew what I was talking about.... ME! A computer programmer!!!!!!! They refused to discount repairing the correct side and accused me of trying to steal from them!
Aren`t THEY suppose to be the professionals?
