shop sucks

I purchased a used truck and I was very pleased. but after I took it into there shop for its first free oil change and rotate the truck shook. being the ase certifiede mechanic I am I looked at the tires, and all my .5oz weights had been removed from my tires causing a little shake then tried to chargee for a balance . I will never go to the shop again
