GREAT company to do business with!

Very professional. We have used them, as a family, probably at least ten times over the years. We have never had a bad experience with them. During the last instance, my car (which was paid for) came close to being totaled. Of course, I didn`t want this, as I didn`t really want to purchase a new car yet. They went way out of their way to get the parts they needed to repair this vehicle. I cannot say enough good... view more about this company. They are terrific. Horific Experience

Consumer Beware!!! My experience was an insurance claim so it wasnt as if it was out of my pocket and im still writing this review..... In summary, they milked the insurance co for 3.5wks of rental car when they told me the repair would take 3 days, they lied about why it was taking so long (I caught them red handed in the lie) they damaged an item inside the vehicle during the repair and refused to admit there was... view more a problem yet alone fix it, and then finally I was told to ""F"" off by the manager and that was the last straw. Please beware, I would definitely recommend you seek another selection for your repair needs. I hope this saves you the headache I was caused.

The entire exterior of my car ...

The entire exterior of my car was damaged by hail. They repaired it and made it look like new. They immediately corrected any problems I had afterwards. They are honest and friendly. Have referred two people to them since.

Great Work, Like New

I love Borkowski!!! My family has been taking vehicles there for many many years. They always do amazing work and are wonderful about contacting with insurance.

They just repaired about 5 grand worth of body work on my 2008 silverado. It looks like brand new! I love the work, and as usual I am glad to send more business their way.

Unprofessional

This place is ridiculous!!!!! The work done was horrible i had to take my car back 3 times due to faulty work!!! Obviously quality is not a concern to these people... I called repeatedly to check the status on my vehicle and no one was available to answer my questions past 4:00 ...They are open until 6 for what reason i have no clue!!!!!!!!!!! Honest and fair

In my opinion finding a good body shop that is honest and fair is a major accomplishment. I have had work done on a couple of different cars (as the father of teenage boys) at Borkowski`s and I have always been pleased. They do great work, timely and good quality, but most importantly I have always felt like they were focused on being honest and fair. If it is an insurance matter and covered (the other guy`s fault... view more) they are good but then you don`t face the bill. That is what other collision shops seem to target and I think that they often overcharge the insurance companies. I don`t think Borkowski does that. When the repairs aren`t covered by insurance and the bill matters the most to me, they have always been reasonable and willing to find a cheaper solution that works, used parts, less than complete paint replacement, whatever makes sense for an old car that you just need fixed enough to continue to serve its purposes. Other shops (like Church Bros.) have been less flexible and more devoted to a ""best quality"" job even if it meant putting $1000 into a car that is only worth $2000. Borkowski does great work and they are reasonable and pragmatic about what makes economic sense. I trust them and I recommend them because they are smart and honest.

Excellent professional auto body repair - fair priced too!

A new facility combined with solid professionalism and cost conscience pricing make Borkowski`s a superior choice for northside auto body repair. They are very friendly, work well with insurance companies and will work with you to keep pricing down if paying out of pocket.
