poor service
I recently had an oil change from Firestone on 86th and Michigan and the lube tech treated my truck like a toy. Reving the engine.... spun tires... ran over the wheel blocks on the lift while watching the tires drive over them.... didn`t check my fluids at all. Transmission was really low and they didn`t know it had a dipstick. When I expressed my unhappiness with their professionalism the manager walked away. If you... view morer smart or care about your vehicle stay away from Firestone.
