Worst Customer Service

Wife`s car lost power at 5:30 pm 22 miles from our home. Went to napa before their closing time of 6:00 pm and told Carlos I don`t know if I need a battery. Purchasing the battery in case of dead battery. I was able to jump the car. Went to napa 10:00 am next day. Jason cut my wife off in mid sentence and smugly said nop you can`t return batteries they are perishiable. BBB here we go. Never go there.
