GO AT YOUR OWN RISK

This was my ""go to"" place for getting good oil changes at a decent price, but my most recent and last experience there was infuriating. I went in for an oil change and it was recommended that I get some other services done, which I turned down for the moment. I was told that if I didn`t get the recommended services done my ""car will start leaking."" Within one day, I noticed oil had leaked on the ground in my gara... view morege. I eventually had to add 3 more quarts of oil and made an appointment with my mechanic who informed me that the drain bolt had not been tightened appropriately. He stated, ""It sounds like they thought since you`re a female you`d go running back to them and get the service they recommended."" When I contacted Quick Oil about the issue and spoke with the assistant manager, I was told I could ""get a discount on my next service, it seems like maybe the guy had a bad day."" I requested a full refund due to losing almost all of the oil I paid for, which was declined by the manager. I am completely disappointed with the service and Quick Oil`s inability to take responsibility for this issue. Horrible business.

I initially took my car for an alignment that cost $49.99 and an oil change that cost $36.99. A half an hour after dropping off my vehicle I received a phone call from one of their mechanics saying my car have some damage parts that if not replace with they will not be able to do the alignment. They ensure me that with the new parts they will be able to perform the alignment. I gave them the ok although it surprise m... view moree how much they told me my total was going to be, I just wanted my car fix. I left very unhappy with the car still pulling to the left no alignment whatsoever. I was told to bring the car back to get it fix, I brought it back only to hear another excuse why my car did not took the alignment. I left again very unhappy. I first came to Quick oil with an alignment problem, came back a second time only to fix what I have already paid for and left again without the problem being resolved. I will never use this place again after doing some research on the parts I found out they charge more money for parts that PepBoys, Napa and/or O`Reilly sell them for. I was not satisfied with the service they perform and specially after they told me there is nothing they can do about it. I went there with a problem and left twice with the same problem.

This place is good they treat your car with such class it really puts the other places to shame it is very professional very clean building and clean mechanics you dont want anyone with oil sitting in your car
