I bought a 98 Ford Taurus ther...

I bought a 98 Ford Taurus there with cash up front. Very good deal I got. The car was great on gas..it only needed minor work and it lasted for 2 years until somebody side swiped it. Other than that very good car and Tom is a nice person. Deal with him directly if possible. He said he wouldn`t sell me a piece of junk and you know what? He didn`t because this car was very good. You have to take care of the cars you bu... view morey. New or used. The plates and title did take a little while to get as well but at least they came. I went to Approved Auto to see from time to time. It took about a month. You have to remember that you aren`t the only person buying a car. It does take some time. And cash flow issues were probably on the people financing cars who are behind on payments possibly. I couldn`t say but that is my guess. Again..great place to get a car if you have a budget. Fix the issues with the car as soon as you can when you buy a car because if you let it go..you will have big problems down the road.

DON`T DO IT!!!!!

I wish I could rate with NO stars!!!! Approved Auto Sales is a JOKE!! They manipulate people who might need a little help getting back on their feet after an economic crisis. First of all, their office staff is a joke. The only thing the receptionist knows how to say is ""talk to Tom"". Lucky for her Tom is never there- or at least that is what you are led to believe until you are sitting in the parking lot looking t... view morehrough the front window at him while the girl on the phone tells you he stepped out. I have stood in the office and watched her look at the caller ID and make a snide comment to other employees. We bought a car there and so did our neighbor. Over 4 months we waited, and still no title and no plates on either car. Every time we call we are told ""Tuesday""- lots of ""Tuesdays"" had passed still no plates and no title. We wanted to trade the car in for something more gas efficient and we couldn`t because the Secretary of State still had no paperwork. The Secretary of State Police looked into the matter. They told the investigator that "" There were cash flow issues"". Something is not right if a dealership can`t afford to apply for your plates- after you already paid them for it. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

Very Fair Dealers. This is a place where people with less than good credit can get an automobile, but you still have to pay your bill or you will lose the car. As with all used car dealerships, it`s buyer beware so do your homework
