This is a local shop and prefer to give my business locally so I gave them three tries and they proved they cannot be trusted, 1, The first time I had my wife`s Camry in for an alignment. When they installed the three new tires, they threw away the new on I had installed and left one of the worn out ones on the car. After several days of bickering, and hours on the phone they did pony up and replaced the worn tire on their dime. 3. Today I needed to get a tire installed. They would not install the tire unless I purchased additional services that I did not want. When I challenged this bait and switch, I got lot`s of attitude. I had called and verified they would do this before I arrived, but the story changed after I got there. More time wasted. I have had work done by other NTB`s and they were good. Who ever is responsible for this store needs to be replaced. If you do decide to go here, do not say you have not been warned.

Being competely honest, this store quoted me a price over the phone for tires, but when I actually went to the store the price magically increased, because I wasn`t in a hurry to get the tires, I went elsewhere. And their buy three get one free has hidden agendas where the customer has to purchase extra items in order to get the free tire. Sorry I don`t like hidden agendas!!!

They are open on Sunday.....th...

They are open on Sunday.....that`s the good part. They put in spark plugs. When it was up on the lift they called my cell phone to tell me it would cost more than quoted. I would suggest going somewhere else unless you have no choice.

This place has the worst custo...

This place has the worst customer I have ever received! It takes 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. I`ve set up appointments only to have to wait over an hour for them to get to the car. I`ve also asked for my keys back and left before they serviced my vehicle because I`d been waiting too long. They always suggest to go shopping while I wait because the service will take several hours. Again, for a simple oil ch... view moreange. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
