Broke down doesnt mean pocket book Broke

We broke down on IL 155 Rons towing suggested Duvall Automotive. We had a bad alternator. Dave sent it to be tested and repaired instead of just having me purchase a new one. He Saved Me BIG money. Fair Honest Hard working and timely. Wish we had a Duvall automotive in my town. Lincoln Il your lucky.

The best in town

Duvall`s Body Shop has been the one and only place I have taken my cars for repair since moving to Lincoln, 5 years ago. He is an amazing person to deal with, straight-forward, and very honest with all his customers. I have, and will continue to refer all those in need of body repair to Duvall`s. Service done right

I have known Dave Duvall for several years after having met him when I took my car to his shop for repairs. I have seen a lot of customers come and go (dropping off and picking up their vehicles) and what I see are happy & satisfied customers. Dave knows his stuff and gets the job done right and his prices can`t be beat.

my,name is john and when i found duvall automotive i had no idea who i was dealing with since i was broke down and felt i had no choice but to take the tow companys recomendation{rons towing} when we arrived at duvall automotive mr. duvall started on my car right away and was done in about three hours installing my new fuel pump when mr. duvall completed my invoice i was surprised that it was the same as his estimate... view more he gave to me i thought it was under priced so i called my dealer when i arrived home{thanks to mr. duvall and rons towing} and to my surprise mr. duvall was almost 100.00 cheaper than my home town dealer would have charged!great service,great price good people to deal with if i had to pick where to break down again it would be lincoln,illinois john

Awesome customer service!!

I broke down on I-55 late one evening when I was travelling from St. Louis to Champaign. I was somewhat in a panic because I needed to get back to Champaign due to a sudden illness in my family. A state trooper phoned a tow service for me and I expected to be stuck in a hotel for who knew how long until my car could be fixed. Turns out the tow truck driver was a friend of Duvall`s auto and phoned him right then. Mr. ... view moreDuvall told him to bring my car in so he could take a quick look at it. It was late and Mr. Duvall could have easily went home and made me wait til morning, however, he had my car fixed and I was back on the road within a couple of hours.... and he wasn`t expensive!
Everytime I drive thru or think about Lincoln, I`ll remember how nice I was treated. A lot of places would have taken advantage of my situation and charged me an arm and a leg. I`m grateful that there are still some people (like Mr. Duvall) who watch out for one another.
